- Taking up appropriate references through a qualified reference checking company.
- The preparation of an appropriate lease agreement.
- Collection of rent throughout the term of the lease and the security deposit.
- Instruction of independent inventory clerk to prepare and check an Inventory at the commencement of the tenancy.
- Notification to service companies (i.e. gas, electricity, water) and rating authorities (if required) of a user change at the commencement of the tenancy to ensure all utilities are registered in tenant's name for the duration of the lease.
- On collection of rent, to pay all outgoings and forward balance, together with detailed account to the landlord.
- To make periodic visits to the property throughout the course of the lease.
